- Please include the appliance repair issue in the appointment notes. If possible, please text a picture of the model and serial number to us at 740.521.9093
- If your appliance is under warranty, we must have a work order from your warranty company before accepting the appointment.
- Appointments will initially be scheduled with a 4-hour window. The day before your appointment, this will be narrowed down to a 2-hour window for your convenience. You will receive a confirmation text with the updated timeframe.
- Diagnostic fees are only charged if you choose NOT to proceed with the repair.
