Known for his friendly attitude, speed, and expertise, Kyle consistently earns praise from customers for getting the job done right the first time. A U.S. Army veteran, Kyle is also a proud husband and father. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time at home with his wife, their child, and their four pets, which include two dogs, two cats, and a potbellied pig.  He also enjoys ATV riding in his free time.

He’s known for going above and beyond for customers, always taking the time to ensure the job is done right. Whether it’s troubleshooting complex issues or offering helpful maintenance tips, Nick’s knowledgeable and thorough approach sets him apart. Outside of work, Nick is a hands-on dad to two kids, a motorcycle enthusiast, and a thrill-seeker who never turns down a good rollercoaster. He also shares his home with three cats — including a distinctive hairless one!

Trae brings 5 years of experience and an EPA certification to the team, along with a reputation for being friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Customers appreciate his respectful approach and clear communication, which helps make even the most stressful appliance issues feel manageable. Trae takes pride in delivering reliable service with a smile. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their energetic toddler, and their loyal boxer dog. He's a big sports fan, especially when it comes to football, and loves cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Indianapolis Colts. He also enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he gets the chance.

Alex is a technician based in Ohio with three years of hands-on experience in appliance service and over a decade of experience in a variety of hands-on roles. He takes pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing quality work and positive customer experiences.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with his energetic dog, staying active, and listening to good music. He’s always eager to take on new projects and continue learning, both on and off the job.
