Membership is not active until a signed agreement and full payment are on file.
Your 4 appliances are selected when you sign up and cannot be changed until renewal.
Membership is annual. We'll send a renewal notice 30 days before expiration — no surprises.
Annual inspections do not roll over. Use them within your Club Year.
Full refund within 30 days if no benefits used. No refund after 30 days — benefits remain active through end of Club Year.
Complete Club is a maintenance & savings plan, not a warranty. It does not cover warranty repairs or guarantee repair outcomes.
